Return & Replacement Policy

At Bohurupi Shopping, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Before proceeding, we request you to carefully read and understand the terms of our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, we kindly advise you not to accept the Terms of Use and discontinue using the platform.

By initiating a purchase on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below:


Damaged Product or Tampered Packaging

If you believe the product has been delivered in bad condition or the packaging is tampered with or damaged, we ask that you refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.

However, if you’ve already accepted the shipment, don’t worry! You are eligible for a conditional exchange or full refund for any product received in a damaged condition.


Replacement Policy

We consider replacement requests under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect Print or Design: The print/design differs from the description on the product page (Note: Colour variations are not accepted).
  2. Item Damage: The product is damaged on arrival (e.g., broken, chipped, dented, torn, or otherwise tampered with).
  3. Non-Delivery: If tracking shows delivered, but you haven’t received the item.

Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, the product must meet the following conditions:

  1. Tags & Labels: All tags and labels must be intact.
  2. Unused Condition: The item must not have been worn or washed.
  3. No Stains or Tears: Products with stains or tears will not be replaced.
  4. Faulty Items: Only faulty items sent directly from Bohurupi Shopping are eligible for replacement.
  5. Unclaimed Packages: Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender, and you must raise a replacement request.

Returns/Cancellations Not Accepted

Returns or cancellations will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. Wrong Product Ordered: You mistakenly ordered the wrong product.
  2. Late Request: Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Change of Mind: You no longer want the item.
  4. Non-Receipt: You are unable to receive the item.
  5. Size Issue: The item is larger or smaller than expected.
  6. Colour Preference: You want a different colour than what you initially chose.
  7. Dislike: You don’t like the item, even though it’s undamaged.
  8. Incorrect Address: You provided an incorrect shipping address or have moved.
  9. No Longer Needed: You no longer require the item.

Non-Returnable or Non-Replacement Products

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  1. Masks
  2. Customized T-Shirts
  3. Customized Mobile Covers

How to Claim a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Visit HelpDesk and open a Support Ticket for the order.
  2. Alternatively, email us at official.bohurupi@gmail.com with your Order ID and attach proof (photographic or videographic evidence).

We will ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost, provided the original product tag and packaging remain intact.

Please note that return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Make sure to provide photographic or videographic evidence of the product’s condition when submitting your request.
