We kindly request that all cancellations be made within 6 hours of placing your order.

Post-Dispatch Orders
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations, refunds, or replacements may not be possible. If your order is already on its way, we kindly request that you refer to our Returns Policy for further assistance with exchanges or refunds. Refund Process
How Do I Get My Refund?
- Cancellation refunds are typically processed within 24-48 business hours of receiving your cancellation request.
- For payments made via UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking, refunds are credited back to the original payment method within the same period once we receive the returned product.
- Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Changing or Editing Your Order
If you need to make changes to your confirmed order (before processing), please contact us at official.bohurupi@gmail.com. While you cannot add products after confirming your order, we will do our best to assist with any modifications before dispatch.
How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel an order or product, you can:

You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
Processing Time for Cancellations
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it within 1-2 business days and initiate the refund. You will receive an email confirmation.
